Thursday
We started our morning with a one mile bike ride--all downhill! The kids rode their bikes and I pushed Caleb in the stroller. We got about half way when Mara had to go to the bathroom! I called Mimi and she came and picked her up and Ty and I finished the bike ride. When we got to the bottom of the hill Mimi was waiting for us and put the bikes in the car and took us to the park.
At the park we played for maybe 7 minutes before the kids were sweating and decided they were way too hot! It was still in the morning, but it gets hot quick here! You can't say I didn't try to have fun! We headed home for a nice cold drink and something yummy for lunch.
The swings were too hot, the slides were too hot! Not a fun day at the park when it's too hot!
The movie we have all been dying to see: Toy Story 3!!

Mimi & Papa and Scott & Lorisa all went to see Toy Story 3! A great GREAT movie! The kids loved it, especially Ty. Mara kept asking 'when is it over?' And Caleb mostly liked the popcorn and soda! Caleb LOVES soda!Friday
A perfect day to run through the sprinklers! The kids thought this was especially fun since our hose and sprinklers are in storage and they haven't run through sprinklers for a long time! It was nice and hot so it felt great to cool off!

Mara trying to wash something off her hand!Friday night Mara and I went to a bridal shower for my cousin's finance and a baby shower for Lorisa. It was fun to get together with the cousins again. While we were having a party Ty, Papa, and Scott all went to a movie and dinner! Everyone had a great time being together.
That pretty much concludes our week long trip to Tooele! It was a great week. It was nice to get home on Saturday and see Nate. Now we are off for another adventure and trip this time with Nate! Yay! We are headed on our first camping trip of the season up the Uintah Mountains! There will be plenty more posts when we return!

I miss all of you. Everyone has fun when they come to Mimi's. Especially me.
It is going to be another hot one, but you will be in the Uintah's and it will be cool.
So glad you enjoy camping. The scenery is beautiful and your family will have a great time together.
