Birthday Boy is TWO!!!

Carder celebrated his second birthday in August!! Wow! How can that be?! My baby is two! Boo--hoo--hoo!  :( He is one funny little boy and we love having him in our family! Carder had the funnest birthday celebration! We went down to Provo and had lunch with friends from Price then we went swimming!! It was so fun to see our great friends from Price! Oh how we've missed them!

We stopped at Krispy Kreme for a tasty birthday treat to share with our friends: Doughnuts! Yum! Yum!

We went swimming at the Provo Aquatic Center! It was AWESOME! I can't wait to go back! It had several pools inside and out! The weather wasn't too warm so it was perfect for swimming indoors, but the kids didn't care and they went on the slides outside. It had a rock wall and several slides for all ages! Carder loved playing in the water! He had a blast!

The kids loved seeing their friends again!! It seemed like forever since we moved from Price but it also felt like we were never apart and just picked up where we left off! We love our friends and hope to see them again!

For Carder's birthday cake we had ice-cream cone cakes! They were delicious! They had the cake inside the cone and frosted with butter cream frosting!

Carder couldn't figure out what all the fuss was about! We sang and shouted and cheered for him  on his birthday! But he just wasn't too sure about it!

Carder would not blow out his candles! We know he knows how! But he just refused to do it! Instead he just stared at his candles until someone helped him blow them out!

Carder is such a funny kid! Here are a few things about Carder:

Carder: No! I'm five!

Carder loves to play with his toy barn and animals, stack blocks and build towers out of legos, go for walks, play at the park especially on the swings, watch Baby Noah, and read books (his favorite is Baa, Baa, Black Sheep)!!
