One day Caleb and I were sitting in the family room playing a game and we noticed the power went out! It really wasn't stormy outside, it had rained earlier in the morning, but no wind and the weather was quite nice! So we decided to take a walk around the block while the power was out and splash in the puddles!
Caleb found every puddle from our house all the way around the loop!
Caleb wore Ty's dinosaur rain boots which were one too many sizes too big! But he didn't mind he was glad to keep his feet dry!
This was one of the biggest puddles he found!
He jumped and he splashed and he had the best time ever!
He had the best time ever! Sometimes it doesn't take much to have a fun day: a pair of rubber boots and a few puddles!
And Carder loved going for a walk and watching all the action of splashing in puddles! Carder loves going for walks! We try to go on a walk every day and he just takes it all in! He loves seeing the dogs and hearing them bark. He loves viewing the trees and flowers! He is an outside boy!
As for the power outage...it was out for quite a while and not only in our neighborhood but all over Price. The school's power was out and so was Nate's work. I'm still not sure the reason behind the power outage but glad it came back on!
