My cute sister(in-law) Danielle (aka Beanie) is having a baby boy! His name will be Lincoln and we are so excited for him to join our family. We had a baby shower for Beanie last Saturday to shower her with presents and love for her new bundle of joy! The nursery is all done in Dr. Seuss. It is darling--the cutest nursery I've ever seen! So the shower was also done around the theme of Dr. Seuss.
We welcomed family and friends to the shower!

These may look a little funny--but they tasted great! We had green eggs and ham sandwiches!
These colorful creations don't exactly look like feet but they are feet cookies for the foot book!
And last but not least the diaper cake!
I have never made a diaper cake...this was my first attempt! It was a lot of fun to make and turned out pretty cute! I also made up a little poem to go along with the cake:The Diaper Cake

We love all cakes!

Down Cakes
Even upside down cakes!
But what about diaper cakes?
What is their purpose for heaven sakes?
This diaper cake we love the best,
It's our favorite cake above the rest!
This diaper cake was made for Beanie,
To cover up Lincoln's little weenie!
It has lots and lots of diapers as you can see,
For Lincoln will have lots of poop and pee-pee!
So use these diapers one by one,
Changing diapers can be lots of fun!
Beanie will be the best-ever mom,
With the help of her hubby daddy-Tom!
