The kids were most excited to swim in the pool. On the hottest day (which was only in the 80s) it felt great! The water was pretty chilly. Ty didn't seem to mind, but the rest of us had goosebumps and chattering teeth! It was fun though to swim with the kids and relax by the pool.
Hotel life is the best! Room service, no dishes or meals to think about, free food (breakfast and dinner) from the hotel, sleeping in late, watching TV! The kiddos were so happy to see their beds at night because we played so hard during the day they slept great.
Caleb loved the new atmosphere of the hotel and exploring new places. His favorite spot was under the coffee table with all the shoes. I don't know how he was able to crawl under there, but leave it to Caleb to find little spots. His other favorite spot was on the dishwasher door. I didn't get a picture as I did not want to encourage this behavior!

You are right about hotels. They have spoiled me. when I think vacation, I think hotels.
Caleb is a darling boy. I'm hoping we can become good friends as we spend more time together. He laughs easily.
Was the temperature really 80. Blake said that the beach would be 80 and that sounds perfect. The water will be cold.
Nate's job has certainly given your family vacation time together.
You guys look so happy and like you are having such a good time!! Your kids are growing so fast! What handsome guys and a cute gal! We sure miss you guys!!
