Fishin' with friends!

Friday night we had the Moore's over for a fun family fishing night! We started the night off with homemade pizza, salad, watermelon & chocolate treats for dessert! Then we headed over to Gigliotti Pond to catch a few fish! And we did even better than just a few: SEVEN! We caught seven fish in an hour! Every line we threw in caught a fish. The kids (and parents) were so excited, I hope we didn't make the man next to us feel bad! We were just so thrilled to catch so many fish! It was a lot of fun going fishing with our friends!

Mara caught her first fish of the year, all by herself! She was so happy and excited! It was the biggest fish of the bunch! Way to go Mara!

I also caught a fish! Yippee! An albino trout! That was pretty exciting for me!

Benson was pretty thrilled about catching the first fish! He even caught two!

And Ty caught a fish also! It was a really good night for fishing, or maybe we've finally figured out a few tricks from all the fishing we've done this summer!

Julia caught two fish, one got away!

I must say that Julia and Cecelia were pretty amazing holding the fish and touching the worms! Way to go girls, they are pretty brave!

The kids sure had a fun time being with their friends, and it was so cute watching each child (except Cecelia and Caleb) catch a fish!

We fished for most of the evening until the sun went down.

There they are: a pretty good catch for one night!

All those fish are almost as tall as you CeCe!!

I had no idea you could catch so many fish in an evening.

I thought fishing was slow and boring.

I bet they tasted good. It's nice you would share them.
