Birthday Girl!!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!

I did it! I lived to see my 31st birthday! Wasn't sure I was going to make it this year! But I did!! I had a really great day! My family treated me like a queen on MY day! I love that it is MY day! I can do whatever I want and party-hardy all day long!!

We decorated the Christmas tree and got out all our decorations and decked the house out to feel the Christmas spirit! It was nice having my birthday on a Saturday so we could just do whatever we wanted!!

Then we went to dinner at a little Mexican/American diner! It was actually pretty good! (*I have a hard time eating out especially at Mexican restaurants when I know I could make just as good of a dinner for half the price at home!!) But it tasted quite good!

The best part was the birthday surprise at the end of dinner! A huge fried ice-cream special! It was DELICIOUS! My mouth is watering just thinking of how tasty it was! I think we might have to go back just for the fried ice-cream!!

Then it was off to the local community theater play: The Best Christmas Pageant Ever!
Let's just say for a small town play it was okay! Had the price been cheaper it would have been even better! But the kids all enjoyed it and it was fun to do something Christmasy and part of the community!!

I'd have to say I'd give this birthday two-thumbs up!! Another year down! Many more to go!
