A hunting we will go...

We set out on Saturday to hunt for the best Christmas tree! Brrrrrr! It was VERY VERY cold! Frost was on all the trees and ground, but it was a beautiful morning. We went up the Trask River to our favorite tree farm. We love going there, it has been a tradition for our family. We freeze our little buns off looking for the perfect tree while sipping hot apple cider! Yum!

We search through the entire tree farm looking and hunting it down. Along the way we love hiding in the trees and playing hide and seek! (Except when Ty didn't tell us he was playing hide-and-seek and we couldn't find him anywhere! I called his name and looked through the forest. Finally he said "What mom? I'm just playing dinosaours and I'm the T-rex! RAaaaoorr!!" What a funny kid!)

We find it! The perfect tree! Nice work family!

Then daddy gets out the saw and cuts it down. Ty loves this part and says "Timber!"

What a strong man carrying our Christmas tree! Thanks daddy for finding a great tree!

What says Christmas more than a candy cane and a Christmas tree?

Our Christmas tree is all lit up with lights a-glow! It's trimmed and decorated and looks beautiful!
