Ty is officially a preschool graduate! Yay Ty! Way to go buddy! Last Thursday they had their program and graduation ceremony! Here's a few photos and a video of the event!
Glen and I laughed until we went to sleep. This was a real keeper. The entire set-up was so perfect for a comedy. He is the lone, bigger than anyone, SHY GUY TY, standing next to the drama queens who did all the hand actions in exaggerated movements. SHY GUY TY, moving his fingers so quietly, they were hardly noticed, the drama queens screaming the song, and SHY GUY TY, is barely moving his lips.
The teachers must have planned this for more laughs better audience participation. It certainly gave everyone an opportunity to make comments. SHY GUY TY was certainly the comic relief for the performance. Was there a problem with him standing next to the boys?
But more comical than anything at the performance was SHY GUY TY'S, last picture. We so loved his expression. He said it all. "I'm out of here."
This would be funny to anyone, not just to his grandparents who think he is #1. He proved once again that he is #1. He stole the show, was the star, caught everyone's attention, and he tried so hard not to be noticed. Too Funny!!!!
He is always full of surprises! What a Joy he is to all of us. I hope you and Nate had a good laugh too.
The question we asked was, "How did you keep Mara from performing?" She knew all the songs, the hand actions, and the children and given a chance she would have been up front and center.
I am so glad that Ty had such a great experience at Pre School. I am sure his teachers will miss him, and he will miss all his friends. Thanks again for sending this to us.
