October 11, 2014--a very special day for Mara Lewis! Mara was baptized and confirmed a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! It was such a perfect day! She waited an extra month for her baptism and it was well worth the wait!
Here is Princess Mara in her new baptism dress! We sure shopped all over town for this pretty dress! It was not easy to find! But it was the perfect dress for this sweetie!

I am so grateful for such a supportive family! Thank you all who came and helped with Mara's baptism. The spirit was so strong at her baptism. I am grateful for these special experiences in our lives. I am grateful for our membership in the church and for the gospel in my life.
The fall leaves were just beautiful in our yard that weekend! I am grateful for Nate and that he holds the priesthood. I am grateful he could baptize Mara and that he gave her such a nice confirmation. He is such a spiritual giant! I'm grateful for his strong testimony and knowledge of the gospel.
Papa and his kids! We came back to our house and enjoyed a yummy souper-salad buffet! It was delicious!
Do you see any resemblance with this picture and the picture above?! It takes me back to my baptism day! I can definitely see a little of me in Mara!
